Question everything. Plain and simple.
Nothing can be relied upon. Nor should it be. And that is exactly what makes us human, questions, arising out of curiosity, which stems from imagination. Imagination, the superpower of humans. It makes us infinite.
But somewhere along the way, we trade curiosity for convenience. We let algorithms decide what we should read, what we should think, what we should want. We stop asking because someone, or something, already handed us an answer. And we took it. Gratefully. Lazily.
Let no technology, no ecosystem, no institution take that power from you. The moment you stop questioning, you have granted someone else the permission to imagine on your behalf. You have become lazy. And then you have become useless.
Yes, sometimes it may cost you your beliefs. Your safety net. That warm feeling of comfort, of certainty, of knowing. But in return, you get something much bigger, the power to never be astonished, but rather only amazed. Amazed at how the world works, how much potential it has, and what we can do with it.
So question everything. Question this post. Question the things you were taught. Question the things you taught yourself. Question the people you trust the most. Question the answer you just arrived at.
Because the moment you stop asking, you stop being you.
